Payment

What payment methods are available?

At Egguipment.com you can choose from various payment methods:

Credit card
You can pay with MasterCard and VISA. We will only debit the amount once your order has been delivered.

PayPal
PayPal is a worldwide online payment system for individuals and web shops. Pay in just a few clicks with your PayPal account.

iDeal (NL)
With iDeal you pay online via the trusted payment environment of your own bank.

Can I receive an invoice?

You can download the invoice of your purchase in 'My Account'. Go to 'My purchases', select the desired purchase and download the invoice.

Are the prices on the website inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

Our prices on the website include VAT for the Netherlands and Belgium only.

When the payment fails

As soon as we receive your payment, we can start processing your order. We do our best to ship your order the same day, provided the payment is received on time. Does this always work? Most of the time, yes. If the payment is delayed, your order may be shipped a day later. This could be caused by an issue with your bank. If the payment fails during checkout, please try again.

Returns and warranty

What are the return conditions?

You can return your products within 30 days of receipt. Except in cases of damage or errors, this does not apply to personalized products, as these are made specifically for you. The return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

How can I return my order?

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
A. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
B. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
C. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

When will I get my purchase amount back after returning an item?

Upon receiving your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days using the same payment method that was used for the order.

What is the warranty period for my product?

We offer a standard 2-year warranty on our products. The warranty begins on the day you receive your purchase.
