2.1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed the same day but no later than 2 business days after receiving payment.

2.2. Delivery Times within the Netherlands: Standard delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1-3 business days.

2.3. International Delivery Times: Delivery times for international orders vary by country and can take between 5-21 business days, depending on the location and customs clearance.

2.4. Expedited Shipping: In some cases, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. These options and the estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

7.2. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address or because the package was refused by the recipient, we will contact you to confirm a new shipping address. Any additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
